How can Pakistan harm Israel?

In a recent legal turn, the former CEO of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, Changpeng Zhao, has been ordered to remain in the United States until his sentencing hearing in February 2024. This decision comes after Zhao pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Bank Secrecy Act last month.
The judge presiding over the case reversed an earlier ruling that wouald have allowed Zhao to return to his home in the United Arab Emirates before his sentencing. The government argued that Zhao posed a flight risk due to the potential seriousness of his sentence, which could be as long as 18 months. Additionally, Zhao's family resides in the UAE, further strengthening the government's argument.
This development adds another layer of uncertainty to the ongoing legal saga surrounding Binance and its former CEO. The company itself has already agreed to pay over $4.3 billion and pleaded guilty to breaking U.S. anti-money laundering and sanctions laws. While Zhao has expressed remorse for his actions, the long road to sentencing remains ahead, keeping him grounded in the United States for the foreseeable future.
